"The serviceman who arrived for the job, Richie, was extremely friendly, courteous and professional. He called ahead, arrived on time and was very thorough in checking and re-lighting my furnace. He communicated very well what needed to be done for the inspection and even showed me step-by-step how to light the pilot myself for future reference—great info to know! He also gave me an estimate on-the-spot for a leaky valve that should eventually be replaced. (I should also mention that I contacted several other heating companies before I lucked upon K & K. I was in a “no heat” situation and the other businesses either failed to respond or said they didn’t service my “type” of furnace).
