"They installed a new hot water heater for me back in March. Nine months later, a part failed. Although the water heater was under warranty, Burke told me I would have to pay the labor but the manufacturer would reimburse me. The manufacturer refused and Burke Plumbing and Heating stepped and reimbursed the labor fee of $250.00! They are awesome and I would highly recommend them to anyone!"

"I had not previously dealt with All Phases Mechanical we were in the dregs of a awful heat wave when the AC went down..miserable. I had spent much money with The company that I used for 20 years they told me they would not be out for 4 days on a Saturday & because it was a Saturday would charge me a $500 premium or I could with until the middle of the following week. At 9:00 AM the same day I called Carl at All Phases Mechanical he sharpened his pencil gave me an estimate ,, sourced my replacement condenser... his very qualified experienced lead man Henry was exceptionally polite and knowledgeable. My AC system was up and running the same day by 4:00 PM Exceptional response and installatio . All Phases is my new company I highly recommend them"

"Prompt, knowledgeable, professional. J.R. Answered all questions I had about the tankless water heater before he replaced it. Knowing he stocks the parts for the unit is a comfort. I called through home advisor and he replied immediately, he came by house to give an estimate the next day, promised start date- (he got to start my house earlier than planned while juggling another job)-he then worked on my water heater until it was finished - I was able to have heat and hot water earlier than promised so I was very grateful."
