Then I tried a company recommended by a friend -they only take out of hours calls from existing customers. I couldn't find a reputable well rated company searching the web. I tried HomeAdvisor and found two companies. Aire Serv had 4.5 star rating. I reached out. It was sunday. They responded quickly with an offer to come out that day. I didn't get the message through HomeAdvisor until a few hours later by which time it was too late. The owner, Harvey, offered to talk me through manually opening the zone valve. We texted, I sent pics, he guided me over the course of a few hours. With his expert guidance I was able to find the problem and fix it. Very helpful. Great service. Really committed to getting my heat back on in the middle of below zero temps. I cannot thank you enough Harvey! It was below zero again last night. And we had heat With gratitude."
