He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. "The crew came in, did what they said they would do and did it very quickly and efficiently. Their work was excellent, considering they had to cope with 9 degree weather at the time. One of their competitors, Lower, came out, said they could get to it in two weeks and CHARGED me a hundred and twenty-eight dollars just to look at it. I am a heart patient. I could not wait that long and neither could or should you. Boyd's came out one day and did it the next. THAT's professionalism! Lower can't spell the word. Oh, and just for Lower's sake, you spell it p-r-o-f-e-s-s-i-o-n-a-l-ism. Just so you can look it up in the dictionary. Boyd's staff was quick professional and cleaned up after themselves. Glad to do business with them."

"My AC isn't working so I called Wyatt Home Solutions for a diagnosis of my unit. He showed up and told me that my compressor was bad and I almost flipped a lid worried about the cost of this repair especially on this very hot day, but David assured me that servicing the unit would take only about thirty minutes and to my surprise I heard the fan kick on a little bit ago and has started cooling my house down to a normal temperature of 75 degrees. I really appreciate the prompt and honest nature of this tech and highly recommend him to anyone in need of good service from a reputable and reliable company. "I wasn't as pleased. I guess I got what I paid for but after we had them come out, we had a lot of remodelers come out and give us the same service for free when they were bidding on the remodeling. They were polite and courteous. I guess if I would have done my homework before and maybe called them and said we're thinking about having a remodel, could you come out and give us a written bid, they might have come out for free too."
