"The BEST phone call I have made this year for a service needed in my home was to Mirsky Heating and AIr. I called in the middle of a So. Cal heatwave because my thermostat had stopped working and I needed to replace it. How often does an AC company, in the middle of a heatwave, tell you they can come the same day? NEVER!! Except for Mirsky..Darrow told me that he would try to make it work..and he did...which I will be forever grateful!!! He checked in with me during the day to assure me that he was coming and not to leave work until he was more clear on the time he would be at my home. He showed up with another Mirsky employee named John..they were both super friendly and so helpful. "I can't possibly rate this company high enough. I am very pleased with the professionalism of the office staff and the professionalism and promptness of my service person, Chris. My preventive maintenance window was from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Chris arrived at 10:00 a.m. He set about to check out my A/C system, added R22 (is it still called Freon?) coolant and cleaned my A/C unit. What was also refreshing is that I did not get a hard sell for any additional products, services or systems.  I am a new customer and will be a repeat customer.
