"On time, professional, easy to work with, willing to trouble-shoot and think outside the box to determine the cause of the furnace problem. Had suggestions for further upkeep and service, should the time come. Replaced parts that should have been changed and/or replaced and cleaned by former company, but were neglected for the last three years.
