We subsequently set up an appointment for an initial pre-build inspection of the foundation, framing, roof, and windows. Tom was very thorough. He obviously knew his stuff. Pointed out several items that needed addressing before the insulation and walls went up. Couldn’t be happier with the amount of time he spent, how thorough he was and how much he listened to all my stupid questions and answered them in a language that I could understand.
