"Connell Roofing completely replaced our roof in 2020 on a new purchase. The roof was covered in moss. Connell Roofing's sales person falsely represented to us that high end GAF shingle was warranted to repel moss, inducing us to pay thousands more than we were negotiating. Four years later the roof is growing moss and Connell Roofing denies making the false claims. Instead they charged us to come look and the roof and recommend we pay them more money to remove the moss from the roof. Connell Roofing has a fully staffed call center but instead of returning calls to try to address this situations, the president of the company would only email after business hours. After being left a bad review on Facebook, Connell Roofing is now manipulating its social media presence to hide the bad review. Connell Roofing has been reported to the BBB, the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office, and the shingle manufacturer for make false and deceptive business practices."

This allows our company to extend material and labor guarantees for longer periods than the competition. Cook's has two crews and two lead roofers are certified Master Shingle Applicators. Our foreman has been employed by us for over 13 years. According to the building inspector's office, Cook's pulls more permits for roof construction in the town of Bellingham than any other contractor. In 1992 when many of the shingle manufactures were having trouble with their fiberglass shingles, the ASTM (American Society of Testing and Materials) developed testing for shingles that showed many problems with roof shingles.
