"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"I had a written estimate within 24 hours of my initial phone call to them for a complete HVAC replacement. The estimator arrived on time and made a point of first listening to what I thought I needed and what I wanted to get from my new system. He then gathered details of what was existing and came up with a proposal based on what was needed as well as my concerns. the installers were on time, they cleaned up extremely well when finished and the equipment looked great. They made a follow up call after a few day's to make sure all went well and asked if I had any concerns or issue. I did not. They said I had a humidifier on my furnace and they said that it had to come off. And then, they said you can get a much better one and then they kind of disappeared and they didn't talk about it or really sit down and have a conversation with me. I'm not even sure why they had to take it off or what they did."

I scheduled the initial visit and Joe arrived 15 minutes early. He gave me a handful of quotes and was very clear on the differences between the systems. I settled on one of the lesser priced systems and never felt like he was trying to "up-sell" me. In fact the system I purchased qualified me for a rebate from my energy provider. I was able to schedule the install for 2 days later and again, the team showed up right on time. The guys were personable, respectful of my home, and very hard working. I have a brand new central air that seems to be working perfectly. It's significantly quieter than my old system. They cleaned up any mess that was made and gave me a complete walk through of my new system. I could not be happier."
