"I only give overall 5 stars for perfect experiences. Ben and his crew were close. The install crew drained water, during the disconnect of the old system, onto the floor in the work area. Even though the water drained into sump pump a couple of feet away, the floor was still wet after the crew left. They also haven't provided the 4 bags of salt included on the estimate. Other than that, the install crew was very good, informative, and quick. Ben was very good on the first call, a service call of my old leaky system, and gave me information that helped me decide on a new, less expensive, system over repairing the old system or buying an expensive system. Professional, flexible and quick. A good company that I would use again. Thank you."

"This is so important for me to mention: NO SALES PRESSURE. When I called 1st Choice Water Solutions, it was after hours, and I got an answering machine, and left a message. Donâ t laugh, but I was truly relieved that I didnâ t get a 24/7 call center in some other part of the world that wasnâ t asleep yet!! My hunch was right when I actually received a call and talked to a real person, and not a call center. In our case, when in the process of purchasing a new house, during our home inspection, we discovered that our arsenic levels were 75.5 part per billion (ppb), The EPA/FDA set the maximum limit at 10 ppb. These numbers were so high that the previous home owners were immediately contacted and provided with the test results to seek testing for Arsenic Poisoning. Because I was aware of these numbers going into my search to remove Arsenic, I was fielding seemingly hundreds of sales calls, from companies trying to sell me every kind of water system under the sun. I called Ben into the bathroom, and after tests were run, and I myself noticed a few more things that I asked about on the existing softener tank, it was confirmed that the water softener tank was a cesspool of bacteria, no longer working properly and on itâ s very last leg, to the point that there was no fixing it. I learned that Ben has been with them for 32 or 33 years! A huge plus is that they have kept up with technology as well! I have been signed up to receive reminders of when my filters should be checked, when I should check on salt levels in my water softener. 1st Choice Water Solutions has won our business and will be my on-going first call!
