"Fast service, fast repair and reliable"

"HD Mechanical did an excellent job. After trying to fix my water heater, the tech offered me two solutions, the first to repair the old unit and the second to replace it. I chose to replace the unit because it was 20 years old. He was able to return in two days and spend many hours at my home. The tech was courteous, professional, explained everything and made sure everything was working properly before he left."

"Jesse replaced both units and added two attic fans that keep our house cool during the summer! He was very clean and professional. Jesse explained what work needed to get done. I originally got 3 different quotes that concurred with his assessment of the need, but best of all, he offered to do it at a reasonable price. He still calls us to check in on the unit. We highly recommend him. Can’t say enough good things about him and his services."

"We were so happy we chose Magnolia Cooling and heating to repair our heater/air conditioner. They were professional from beginning to end. Our serviceman arrived on time and completed the repair to our satisfaction."

"We purchased the big deal and everything went well with them.  They did a great job.  Our experience was fine but they were a bit pricey.  I hadn't expected to pay as much because we needed to have some additional work done.  We didn't just pay the $59; it was actually over $700 so that was very expensive.  They did the work on a house we've rented out so I wasn't even there when they came.  I got a phone call and he told me what part of the air conditioner was failing.  We needed to have a lot of work done and wasn't just the maintenance.  The technician was nice and everything but it was just really expensive.  The services were fine and I'm assuming they took take of what they said.  We did have them come out again to install a thermostat and the work on that was fine.  They responded quickly but I had to call again because they were supposed to send me an invoice which they never did.  When I used them again this summer to install a thermostat I had to ask again for a copy of the invoice from the previous year.  I think they were fine with punctuality."

"RKM did a great job! They came out very quickly, despite a heat wave and I'm sure a high volume of calls, and assessed and fixed my air conditioner at a reasonable price. I felt very confident with the services provided and would definitely hire them again."

"It went extremely well!! The technician was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and did a fantastic job. In the 12 years that we have owned our home, I can honestly say that Water Heaters Only is the BEST company we have dealt with in having repairs done. It’s too bad they only work on water heaters."

"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. We would strongly recommend James and his company for computer service needs. We have now retained him on a service contract and are looking forward to working with him in the future."

"The service was excellent.. Teresa gave me i sights that I had not considered previously. I had never thought that having a bad roof could damage my heating unit.. Their service was timely and efficient. The workers were kind and courteous and ensured the furniture was covered when the vents were put in place. She addressed safety concerns as this was mid pandemic. Their pricing was consistent with the community. I was pleased with their work. Great team to work with."

"Mario is the best!! We’ll informed, very professional service. I will hire them every time!!"
