"Superb service by Relax Air!! I contacted Kamal for a second opinion after a different HVAC company quoted me a very large number for repair of capacitor and fan motor. My home in Ashburn is rented out and my tenants needed AC quickly. Kamal was extremely knowledgeable, polite, caring and professional. He came out the same day to repair the unit. His honesty is greatly appreciated. He discovered that there was nothing wrong with my fan motor (!!) and only my capacitor needed replacing. "One word . . impressed! We recently purchased our home and the current McCrea service contract was rolled over from the prior owners. We had no idea what to expect. First, McCrea customer service noticed we hadn't scheduled a service, so they called and scheduled our maintenance. Our technician, Stephen, called prior to arriving, he cared about our home and covered his shoes. He took the time to answer questions regarding our HVAC unit and show us how to properly maintain our unit between checkups. We had no idea the humidifier had a filter and he showed us how to take it out, and what kind of filter to replace it with. He also said that they could add that servicing to our contract, if we didn't want to handle it ourselves, but it a suggestion not a forced sale. Very professional, well trained and ethical. We intend to add our water heater and our future fireplace to our future contract. Finding an ethical service and repair company is like finding gold. We highly recommend McCrea Heating & Air Conditioning."

"I was lucky enough to have someone refer me to BlueStar Air Mechanical when my AC started acting up. The home warranty company confirmed that it was busted, but their mechanic was unreliable. After contacting a couple of other companies and having high quotes, I contacted Danny at BlueStar. The next morning (on a Saturday, nonetheless) I met Rhandel who quickly gave me a quote to replace my HVAC system (furnace and condenser). Rhandel was very nice and thoroughly explained my options. My home has two HVAC systems, so he also added a quote for the second system (which was on its last legs, too). The systems recommended were upgrades to what I had (increasing 1/2 ton on each system). To accommodate this, BlueStar included extra ductwork for me so that my house could accommodate. We met on a Saturday, agreed on a price on Monday, and everything was installed on a Thursday. They sent two crews and these guys worked hard for 12 hours straight to make sure both units were completed that day. I was very happy with their pricing and service. I have already recommended them to people I know in need of HVAC service. Pros: Pricing, options, promptness, service. Cons: 3% surcharge for credit cards"
