"Everyone we worked with at Prudhom Heat & Air was courteous and professional. This family-owned business offered a good product at a fair price that met our needs perfectly. There was one small issue a few days after the installation but we called and they were back out within 30 minutes and had the problem resolved in less than an hour. We'll definitely use them for our future HVAC needs!"

"Would highly recommend! Very prompt, personable, and knowledgeable. I have full confidence that the repair was done correctly and they are fair with their prices. The only heat and air company I would use."

"Charlie was wonderful in troubleshooting our issue. Although the issue wasn't able to be fixed straight away due to parts having to be ordered, he provided a temporary solution that was satisfactory until parts arrived. With temperatures below 30, he was a life savior. He also helped us on the same-day appointment on a Saturday. The best part of this experience, was Charlie also solved other issues that he had noticed with the moisture senors, which saved a potential problem with the AC come summer. Oh, he also helped improve our thermostats. All and all, very pleased with ARP Heating and Air, and would highly recommend."

"They came out once to add freon to my very old system. They encouraged me to replace it and I knew it needed it but we decided to wait. A couple months later, they called with a great deal and we decided to go for it. They came out the next day! The guys were efficient and thorough. The new system has been in place for three months now and I am very pleased with their work and my new system."

"We have used Airco for annual maintenance on our home HVAC.  Our upstairs unit has had a coolant leak for a while.  Other servicers wanted to just top up the coolant, which has been getting more expensive with the rising cost of coolant and government regulations.  Airco checked for the source of the leak and determined that it was in the evaporator coil.  Government regulations do not allow replacement of just the coil since it uses R-22 coolant.  Airco sent someone to check our cooling needs, measured the area to be cooled and advised on the size of unit needed.  I asked about getting a larger unit with more heating and cooling capability but they said that it would be a waste of money (although it would have been more money for them).  They also advised on the different units available and credits available for installing a more efficient unit then what we had.  We selected a unit and within a week it was installed and operating.  It working great, and we're even letting it carry some of the load for our older unit which covers the downstairs zone in our home."

"New home owner so needless to say there has been some bumps in the road and this was no different but he was patient and understanding and he got me and my kids out of the heat and I appreciate that."

"They were very good. I had a deal and part of the job was done in October of last year and then they finished it up in February this year. I think the 2 units were $15,000. That was the bid the contractor gave me. They marked the bid at 50 percent so the heating and air guy probably charged about $10,000. There was no old unit and this was a new add on construction. I thinking their price was technically $10,000 and the contractors marked everything up. I went through a contractor. I would say $10,000 was probably more than what their price actually was, after I take out the contractors cut. I think that was probably a fair price."
