"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"They do a real good job for us. They are pretty good. Very good service. I have a contract where they come back every six months to work on it. I pay for that three year contract, where they come twice a year to clean it, and do all that. They are very good. I like their price a lot. Excellent quality. When I call, they come. "I needed to search for a new local service man for a very old oil furnace in an old house. Found John here after a quick Google search and seeing the reviews on him. Plus that he specifically has oil furnace listed in his repair schedule. So far my dad and I couldn't be more pleased. He reached out to me, actually within a couple hours upon my inquiry online. Friendly, professional, punctual. He kept me updated frequently on the status of some repair parts that needed to be ordered. This furnace has not been extensively serviced other than yearly 'tune ups' so he had a big undertaking. He got it going and did quite a few updates in fittings etc that needed to be done, as well as reommend some additional work to get it running safely and efficiently. I can highly recommend John as the cost of his labor was very reasonable, and you can trust that he has your best interest at heart. I'll be keeping him on retainer for yearly per-season service. "There were several members of the Herron HVAC team that came out during a two day period this past week. The rainy weather did not make their working conditions any easier, but they were very professional and knowledgeable. They tracked down a leak in one of my A/C coils, determine its exact location using a dye, and then repair it, reinstall the proper refrigerant and operationally test the system. The Herron team also "system checked" my oil furnace unit. This A/C problem had been plaguing my Southern comfort, no reference to booze here, for about three years. But, thanks to the professionalism, competence and dedicationJack of Colt Herron and his guys, and gals, the system is functioning as if it were brand new! Thank you Colt! Thank you Herron HVAC!!!"

I thought they did a real good job. It does not smell or anything. If it was tall enough it looks like a room you could be in to live in, but it is our crawl space. They are really good. We get an annual checkup and their services are kind of expensive, but my husband checks every time it rains and now the water does not sit underneath the house or mess up our foundation. We got a military discount and they check the humidifier to make sure it is doing what it is supposed to do for about $99.
