"Jeremy, the owner of Parker Home Services quickly - within hours - returned our request for service. He showed up early for the quote appointment. There was no BS. His quote was thorough and accurate. Jeremy removed and replaced the central AC units in a day and a half. His attention to detail is superb. Once the job was done, he brought me over to make sure that the AC worked as intended. While checking vents we noticed that some were not supplying air. Jeremy went back up in the attic and located three supply ducts that had been removed (by previous workers) from their registers and he reinstalled them. He also found a separate supply duct that had a board laying across it, constricting air flow. All of this was above and beyond what the initial job called for and shows that Jeremy takes great pride in his workmanship and making sure his customer is satisfied. We will have them back. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary. <br /> For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area. <br /> If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim. <br /> I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services. <br />"

"The service was fantastic. These guys are the best. They were very thorough and gave good suggestions on how to improve the efficiency. They sealed things up and caulked and put in weather stripping. This particular crew has an inspector that checks the work. The inspector said I really enjoy checking this companies work as he said they are very efficient and they do great work. They were very nice and knowledgeable to work with. This was part of a program in Connecticut where they will replace up to 40 light bulbs with compact florescent bulbs. They will change out light fixtures with LED lights and the cost was far better than I could have gotten myself. They run a test before the work is started and then they do a test afterwards to show how much more efficient your home is. They give a report showing how efficient your home is and making other suggestions. They also give you discounts on making your home more efficient within a certain amount of time from the report."

"We hired Next Level Building to renovate our bathroom and to make it more mobility-challenged friendly and to be prepared for a wheelchair. From the very start William listened very carefully to what we were looking for and made a couple of great suggestions which included enlarging the bathroom by taking over dead space in the hallway. This was a wonderful idea because it added space for a wheelchair to maneuver in and worked out beautifully. Throughout the project William checked in to be sure we knew what was happening, what was going to happen next and to see if there were questions or concerns. William and his crew went out of their way to insure in the middle of the project that the bathroom was very usable when a houseful of family arrived to spend the weekend. Speaking of the crew, they were all extremely professional, polite, and not only skilled at their jobs but took pride in doing the job the right way and cleaned up every night before leaving.
