"Everything went great! Zach and Rick installed a new "tank tee" - the old one was very corroded - and there's no more drip. They were both just very professional and prompt. To be honest, CZ came by twice without my even speaking to anyone. Chuck's son Rick stopped by Tuesday afternoon to check things out and then he and Zach came by Wednesday morning (Zach texted me about 15 minutes beforehand but I didn't hear the text) to do the job. Zach estimated about an hour but it took about half that. So different than typical experiences with tradespeople when you call them and they don't call back!
