"Our front stairs needed to be repaired and we had some wood rot that needed to be replaced along the back doors. They did a great job on both projects and the cost was very reasonable."

"

My wife and I had previously hired an incompetent contractor who charged $10K just for the initial demo!  We were stuck after we fired him!

We called Mike Foote and told him the story and he showed up right away to go over the details.  Mike came to our rescue!!

On short notice, Mike came right over and came up with a plan for the renovation.  He acted as general contractor supervising the great electrical work (Ken Lowe) and great plumbing (Tom Fotis) work that we had done as well as building us a brand new kitchen and bath (floor to ceiling).  The project took a few months and Mike and his crew (Jaime & Harry) were great to work with!    Very professional and great attention to detail.  Mike suggestions saved us lots of time and money and got our placed finished and made really beautiful and ready to rent before Labor Day as we had hoped!

We would certainly recommended Mike Foote for any renovation or remodeling work and would hire him again in a minute!

Thank you Mike & Crew!

"I was extremely satisfied with my kitchen remodel. It was done very well and with a lot of creativity. The design team and I worked together to come up with the best layout in terms of style and saving space as well. Their ideas concerning cabinet assembly methods, counters as well as splash back models were insightful. The installation process went smoothly because the workers undertook every step diligently. A little below there, you’ll find information about all these items: the pilot ship closet; the most “technological” kitchen units and lighters ever produced. They also proposed original variants of storing things, besides I had a real ___ who operates at home cause of I needed to have her tucked in next to the microwave."

"Yes the work was done. The two guys that came put in 7 windows and two big bay windows in one day. They did not even taken a break. They cleaned up the small pieces of scrap. Then one week later they came back and put in two new doors with the same professionalism when they did my doors."

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"I would certainly recommend Tim of Hammer Construction—I’m definitely going to be calling them again for any future house projects. This is a talented and considerate husband-wife team that worked very hard to get me the exact window that I wanted to be installed. They always kept me informed of all parts of the project. The cost of the job was exactly as originally estimated. They were great communicators the whole time in terms of scheduling and timelines and worked around my busy work schedule. I trust them—They also gladly wore masks when finishing this project mid-pandemic. They really cared that I was happy with their work—and I was!!"

"We hired Kitchen Options based on the recommendation of friends who had used them to reface their cabinets. We were extremely pleased with their attention to detail, the friendliness of the installers, their keeping us in the loop at all times, and the cleanup at the end. We would recommend them highly for their price and professionalism."

"Reached out to get our roof replaced after some storm damage earlier this year and Dan Casieri got back to me immediately and was able to fit us into their schedule quickly! Dan and his son James came by for an estimate and surprisingly two days later their team came to replace our roof. Took them two days to complete both sides of the house. Highly recommend! Will be using them for other repairs soon."

"Since 2017 I have employed Atlas Roofing on four separate occasions. The projects they completed on our Cape home included roof repair, roof replacement, cedar sidewall shingle replacement and Azek trim board installation. Owner Paul Case always responds quickly to my inquiries, bids competitively, and completes the job promptly. It is readily apparent that Paul takes great pride in his work. His craftsmanship, knowledge base and attention to detail are second to none! I live out–of-state and can’t always be on site. I implicitly trust Paul Case to do the job right and he never disappoints. If that isn’t high praise, I don’t know what is!"

"I had an experience with Neponset Valley Construction.  They did work about three years ago.  I would tell others that they're more for exterior jobs than they are interior jobs, the work is kind of shoddy.  The price was the reason we went with them. "
