"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. Within a couple days from the initial phone call I already had an estimate and once i decided to go with them the installation was completed in one week. "Steven was the technician that initially came and inspected my unit. Turns out the previous owner had a dog that constantly urinated on the AC unit and the damage worsened over time. I was a bit skeptical at first but after research found that this is a very common occurrence. Steve was very detailed about my options and after a few estimates from other companies I went with his company NRG. I purchased a new Goodman AC unit and a new condenser for a bit under $4900. The installers were 3 different techs who were professional, tidy and thorough. Once the new unit was installed it was 80x's more quiet than my previous unit and the house cooled down beautifully. I definitely would recommend using this company."

"I highly recommend Landmark construction energy crew.  We live in a waterfront home and we have had several drafty & leaky windows, some of them single glass and the rest are double glass, (18 windows). And a lot of them were odd shapes, not just rectangles and squares.  Five of the windows had to be new construction (not just replacement) to bring them up to work.  We called Landmark construction energy crew and Ezra and Charlie came over to our house and gave us an estimate for the complete work.  Both of them were very informative, honest and made us feel relaxed and confident about this work and about hiring them for that.  Ezra assured us that this was a big job and that it will take close to 3 weeks to complete the replacement of them, but they could do it.  And they did.  Overall it took them about a month to order and manufacture all the windows.  The installation crew, including Jason, Jose, and Roberto, did a beautiful job.  It took five days, but the house was always left clean after the work day was done.  The installation was beautifully done.  What a pleasant experience.  And we love our new windows.

"A high priced, high overhead company sends a low paid worker to your house to do the unskilled labor of cleaning windows, then pockets 50% of the purchase price for themselves.
Caveat: The worker did a good job but the company did little or nothing to add competitive value to the purchase price of the work completed. I overpaid and should have hired a motivated college kid directly.

"The plumbing upgrade and dishwasher installation went very well this morning.  I bought a dishwasher for first-time installation in my older home and had texted Joshua the night before with pics of the "then current" plumbing and electrical situation.  He arrived on time with proper plumbing and electrical fittings and went immediately to work.  The used dishwasher I'd bought required more pieces, so getting those from Lowe's was arranged and he finished the entire job within 2 hours!  The only small concern (which he immediately straightened out!!) was the chrome airgap pop-up on the sink was a bit crooked, but again, he fixed that right up.   I am looking forward to hearing his estimate on some upcoming electrical  work for my patio.   I WILL recommend him to my neighbors and local friends!!
