"The plumber, Brian, relit the pilot and while he was waiting for the tank to warm up and shut off he did a minor drop repair on my kitchen faucet. The repair went well but the tank is over 15 years old and has shown signs of coming to the end of its life. After talking it over I decided to go with a new tank. The estimate was a bit higher than he originally thought it would be but on suggestion from his boss he installed the new tank the same day and also replaced the PVC piping with copper tubing, hence the extra cost. I now have a shut off for both the water and the gas as well as a handy way to flush sediment out of the system regularly to extend the age of the new tank. I was very pleased with Brian's attitude and demeanor. He never pressured me for the new tank but gave me information and let me make the decision. I would definitely go with this company again."

"Josh, at Plumber of Tucson, replaced some parts in my ancient kitchen faucet (1937 home). It was dripping and the only other plumber I had contacted (my usual plumber, now fired), wanted to replace the whole fixture, which would have entailed removing the kitchen tile and wall behind the sink. Plumber of Tucson fixed it without having to damage the integrity of my historic home. I applaud them for their competence, great communication, reasonable cost, willingness to work with me, and always pleasant staff! Absolutely HIGHLY recommend!"

"Ricardo and another co worker, sorry I didn't get his name, were punctual and texted me when they were on the way. I had my gas line in the kitchen cut down and lowered to accommodate a new gas stove. The original line was 12" tall and slide in ranges do not have an area in the back of the stove to accept a pipe that tall. The stove could not be moved back against the wall. They also fixed my noisy toilet. They were respectful of my home and wore shoe coverings and cleaned up the area when they were done. The price was reasonable and they were able to schedule the job right away. I They are my plumbers for any future plumbing needs and will recommend the company to friends and family."

"Russell, from ACS Plumbing, came and gave me an estimate for my two MBA faucets that when open were both running hot water as there is a heatilator at the other sink. He told me both faucets were broken. He spent time calling the wrong warranty office because I gave him the incorrect company. Then I found the correct warranty office and he got all the information needed for the parts to be sent to me. He turned off the heatilator and found it was broken also. He returned 3/20/26, after I had received all the parts. He was here less than a hour. Russell was a meticulous plumber. He was professional and very understanding of my situation. The best I have ever had. I had contacted the top three companies at Angi's List in Tucson and they were the first to call. Never heard from the other two. Sorry I can't take photos. "Sal and his son Joe were very conscientious in the way they performed their work. The main issue was replacing a water heater and this was done very well. They also did some faucet and supply line cutoff replacements and one did turn out to be difficult and required rework. They did this with no complaint and got it corrected quickly. They explained things accurately and let us know what will happen each step of the way before it happened."

"I am very Happy to say that Done Rite Services is a Wonderful Company to work with. We have been using EMMCo for the entire time of owning our home (15+ years) Always reliable and friendly. Before the Holiday's our heating began to act up and we knew it was time to replace the entire system. One phone call to the office and the appointment was set. Jordan Benjamin came out and spent time explaining options and what would be done to replace and upgrade our system. Within a week the installers Brandon McSpadden, Kasey, Isaiah Cotroneo arrived. They explained what would take place over the next 3 days. This could have been a disaster because we have 4 dogs but they were very accommodating. With very few hiccups my system was installed to my satisfaction. I have to say not one piece of wire, tape or a bit of dust was left behind. Each one of the crew was very respectful of my home and the most professional group of young men. I am not the easiest to deal with because I have lots of questions. I was never made to feel like I was bothering them and they took my concerns very seriously. My rating for this company is they are AMAZING!!!
