"I called St. Paul Pipeworks on a Friday and they came on Monday to replace my water heater. We discussed a regular water heater vs a tankless one. I decided the regular one was what I wanted. The old water heater was 19 years old so it was starting to go as the water was not heating as well. They came on Monday afternoon, early even, and installed the water heater. They also updated the gas shut off valve to the water heater and the shut off valve to the water line to the ice maker. They were efficient and courteous. I have used St. Paul Pipeworks several times before for other plumbing work."

"My God! Dan came out this morning, I explained what was done, he went to work on it right away! My furnace stopped working December 25th, 2024, no heat till today! Keep in mind, the last technician I hired in January 2025, charged me 240 dollars for 20 minutes analysis just to tell me I need new furnace and AC central, my AC works beautifully. Then I used 4 space heaters to keep my house warm! Man my electric bill was over 400 dollars the first month and climbing higher each coming months till Spring arrived! I hired B & D Plumbing and Heater Co. to come out and finish the job. It was a gentleman name Dan, he did an extremely awesome job, telling me the details, explaining everything I needed to knowledge. And now the furnace works about as good as it gets beautifully.
