"The company and service techs were all great! We had them out and they replaced the dual capacitor with the caveat that it could be something more, but we would try this first. It worked for a couple weeks but then the breaker kept tripping so we had them back out. Turns out the compressor was bad and was causing the breaker to trip. We were not necessarily surprised by that news. We ended up replacing the whole system, which had been pieced together over the years anyway. We cannot say enough good about the salesman and the techs. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Installation was done on a Saturday and it was pouring down rain most of the day. The technicians were careful to use foot covers when coming into our home since it was so muddy that day. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made us feel confident with the set up and new system. We were very pleased and have already recommended them to several other people."

"The service for the big deal from One Choice Mechanical for air conditioner tune up was fine. It was fine. They came in and I wasn't there. My mother was able to meet the man who came over. She said that it didn't take very long and everything was fine and paid. It went just fine, it was great. It was worth the money. There were no repairs. He didn't say, well, you need this, you need this, you need this, nothing, no. It was a nice experience. I called by a day or so and set up an appointment and made sure that my mother could make it and she said yes. It was within the same week of the big deal purchase, maybe just a few days or something like that. Everything went smoothly."

There was a pretty good spread between lowest cost and highest cost estimates, with Comfort Zone just shy of the midpoint between lowest and highest. He spent time answering my questions during his initial visit and left with no pressure to close the deal. I had several follow-up questions which he always promptly answered via email or phone. His estimates offered multiple choices with the differences clearly explained. Comfort Zone replaced the first unit shortly after his initial visit. We just recently had him come back to do the second unit. Each time during his service visit, Andrew was professional and friendly and answered any question I had along the way. I love that the person who gave me the estimate is the same as the person who performed the work. You can tell Andrew is very proud of the work he does. The differences in interior air quality, interior and exterior noise level, and our power bill are all noticeable. I'd highly recommend Comfort Zone to anyone, just as a friend I trust had recommended them to me."

"Prudential has done my annual maintenance for a couple of years. Recently the AC gave out after 17 years with the original unit. Prudential was prompt in their response to look at the issue. They proposed options to fix, but I chose to purchase a new unit. There was no pressure from anyone to purchase a new unit which was good. Keith was my sales representative, and was very professional with his recommendations. I got 2 additional quotes from other vendors before choosing to go with Prudential, and I am glad with the decision. Unit installed and working great! Keith even made recommendations on window replacements that would make the overall home much cooler. Looking into that now. Much thanks to the Prudential team for making this process easy, especially in times when people are struggling in general with the Coronavirus situation. Great work Prudential team!"

"They came out promptly and gave me a estimate and I agreed and repair man was there in two hours. They fixed the leak replaced shut off valves at no extra cost and left in one and half hours. Very pleased with their work, already had them back again to replace kitchen faucet."

"My review is somewhat mixed. I originally contacted the company moving into new residence wanting 5 chimneys inspected (level 2)/cleaned and to address leak which caused me to put Rubbermaid bins under ceiling in one area of home. They were quick to respond and quick inspected chimneys recommending I replace chase covers on 4 chimneys and until the could perform the work even put tarps over main leaking chimney. Up to this point service was outstanding. I scheduled the work and chase covers were replaced however leaking continued but to a much lesser degree. This is when the problems started as contacted the company multiple times with the promise, I would be contacted back which never happened. After making no progress on this front I was forced to speak with other company. I do believe they perform professional work initially but don’t see them willing to continue working with customer to pinpoint leaks if initial install doesn’t completely resolve problem as they claim on website."
