The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. "I called on Monday morning and was able to get an appointment for Wednesday. Kurt called before our appointment time to say his last appointment had run over and he would be a little late which we greatly appreciated. He arrived, inspected our basement, checking humidity levels, moisture readings in the walls & floors etc. He believed our problem could be solved by lowering the humidity level with a de-humidifier. Recommended a couple of brands, where to place them etc. We are following all his advice and hopefully will not have a mold problem again, but if we ever do, I would not hesitate to call Kurt back.
