After these repairs, my Carrier system was back up and running—without the need for a costly replacement. Bluestar, and Isaac in particular, demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and honesty. They focused on resolving the actual issues instead of pushing for an unnecessary system replacement. Everyone bent over backwards to make accommodations to our schedules, at their own expense. They were regularly on the phone to each other coordinating the work - a real team. For the first week after the installation we wandered around the house marveling at the even temperature and the quiet operation of the equipment. The experience was entirely positive. It was a pleasure to do business with Su-Coy Heating A/C & Duct Cleaning."
