That made the price twice what it was before! It was a tricky move. ? And we had been with this company for many years. Then when we asked them to give us an estimate on a new furnace and heat pump, it was TWICE THE AMOUNT of the other 4 estimates we received. Not worth the price to stay with this company."

"I wanted to pass on my experience with Evergreen who went the extra mile after my Mitsubishi slim AC started leaking water before the hot summer months. I had called a Kirkland company who came out diagnosed the issue and charged me an exorbitant amount. However after I informed them it was registered and parts were under warranty they dropped me like a hot potato and never called back. On the other hand Victoria at Evergreen called me regularly to update on the warranty and parts and scheduled a full day repair with Jesse, an excellent technician. He used appropriate PPE, educated me about the problem, even provided less expensive options, and finally completed the long arduous process of replacing parts and recharging the refrigerant all for a reasonable amount. "G&S Heating is the best of the best! They just replaced our 1995 Lennox furnace that they installed with a 2020 Lennox furnace. The crew was phenomenal in craftsmanship and attitude. Our furnace is in the tight crawl space under our home which is a pain in the @#*! They really worked well together and it was so cool to learn that one of the guy's father had installed our furnace back in 1995 and he is still with G&S! Their entire operation focuses on customer service and satisfaction from the phone contacts to the sales reps to the job planners and finally the installers! They were fast on coming out for the initial bid (Brandon is great!) and they were super fast on the installation. Lorin and his crew were delightful and did an excellent job! "William was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in terms I was able to understand. He showed me areas of old, damaged ductwork that clearly needed replacing. He took pictures, and noticed my furnace had a cracked heat exchanger and recommending replacing since carbon monoxide may enter the building and he showed them to me and he worked out a plan and made sure he was able to replace damaged ductwork, install a new gas furnace and even add an additional vent in the biggest room in my home.
