"The BEST phone call I have made this year for a service needed in my home was to Mirsky Heating and AIr. I called in the middle of a So. Cal heatwave because my thermostat had stopped working and I needed to replace it. How often does an AC company, in the middle of a heatwave, tell you they can come the same day? NEVER!! Except for Mirsky..Darrow told me that he would try to make it work..and he did...which I will be forever grateful!!! He checked in with me during the day to assure me that he was coming and not to leave work until he was more clear on the time he would be at my home. Poor Service. When the technician came with only 3 small tools in one hand (may be 3 screw drivers) I thought he had no intention of cleaning my furnace according to the contract. True enough, after looking at my furnace and let it run for a few minutes he told me my furnace is defective and needs to be replaced. He was sorry to give me the bad news but he will send me a quote for a brand new furnace system. Well, guess again? The quote never came...no calls, no nothing! He was in and out of my house in less than 10 minutes. That was easy!

I ended up cleaning the furnace myself, thanks to YouTube. Now my furnace is running good and I'm enjoying my warm winter.

There is a good reason for the B Grade for this company. The only reason I hired them is proximity and low price. But as they say: you get what you pay for!
