"Mike from Fast Response came to my home. first thing, great guy. After Mike tested the small things, like fuse first. Would have been cheapest fix. but not. I finally decided to replace my unit. I got three estimates, $15,000 from a "big" name, $8000 and the fast response quote 0f $6500. While mike was figuring things out, we started talking about an old furnace I had in my home. I've had the gas shut off. Just needed someone to get it out of there for me. Mike said that they would take care of it. I ask how much extra? he said, none. I said ok. When all was said and done. New heat pump and an old eye sore gone. I believe they went above and beyond. But, that all being said I was told payment would be $180 a month. The payment is over $200. Not sure who to blame that one on. Bank or fast response? I would use fast Response again."

"Our water heater needed to be replaced and this was my first Angie's List purchase.  $600 for installation including a 40-50 gallon name brand water heater plus they will take away the old one.  We initially wanted to consider a tankless water heater but the price was right and we needed this completed fairly soon as we were on borrowed time.  Just do it, right?  We did and it was completed.  I asked what brand water heater and I researched the brand with negative satisfaction results.  I was not happy but I already bought the offer.  The technician replaced our water heater with a 40 gallon AO Smith brand which was exactly the brand I wanted.  I am happy for that but he wanted an extra $250 for a permit and straps.  Shouldn't that be part of the installation?  My husband made a call to Angie's List and voila, all of the sudden, no extra fee!  But also no permit or straps.  THANK YOU, ANGIE'S LIST!  However.  Is our water heater within code without a permit and without straps?  We don't know but wedo have hot water."

"We had water damages recently in April. After water restoration was done, we need to hire someone to repair our condo. The repairing job was not very big, but included many different works, such as drywall in both master bed room and master bath room, painting, install new cabinet in master bath room.... We have contacted many companies, some company can't meet our schedule, some company can only do drywall and painting. Some company's price was too expensive. We are very lucky to find Mr. Chu from Angle's list. He can do all these work with very reasonable price. Mr. Chu did excellent job for us! "Once the provider arrived the appointed went as intended.  He scaled the roof where my dryer vent is located.  He unclogged my vent very quickly and replaced the cover to the vent that tiles workers had left off one year ago when replacing the roof tiles.  He also replaced my inside dryer vent connection between the machine and wall.  I was very pleased with the work he did.  My dryer is running more efficiently.  This is the second time I used this company and I am very pleased with there work.  I will use this company again.
