"They arrived approximately 5pm. Said they were going to install water heater, expansion tank for $95 additional and a plastic drip pan for $76 additional. I informed them that I checked with the city building commissioner and was told I did not need the drip pan in an unfinished basement with a floor drain within 2ft of unit. Service man says no drip pan no water heater. It’s too late to call the city as they closed and if I knew it was going to be a money grab I could have purchased a water heater and installed it my self rather than sit at home all day waiting for them to arrive. Also the inspection failed because they failed to install the proper shut off valve. I appealed to the business owner saying I was not told nor is there anywhere on their web site mentioning this. He said I put a drip pan on every installation whether customer wants or needs it or not or city codes don’t require it. Lowe’s has a similar pan for less than $10."

"MAP Construction did a great job with the roof inspection and AC work that I needed done at my new home. I needed 2 humidifiers installed and Matt (the owner) made it happen quickly and was very responsive. Additionally, I wanted to make sure a prior leak was fixed in the roof and he took care of that, too. I am very happy with everything that Matt did and will be recommending him to others."

We called to see if we could get an immediate repair call, and Wyattworks got Bryan to our house within hours. He could not have been more professional or capable. He went over a series of options, clearly explaining each. Once we signed off, he set to work. I’ve never seen anyone work more efficiently. Very fast response for an estimate which was reasonable based on needs and expectations. I was given clear options on the replacement and now understand why I chose the furnace I did. There was no effort at all to sell me things I didn’t need yet always open to discuss any option. Scheduling installation could not have been easier. They even offered to come out early but my schedule couldn’t be adjusted. They were here promptly at 8am Saturday morning. Very professional and personable. They always had time if I had a question. They explained the new thermostat and ensured I knew how to work it. They finished 2h earlier than estimated and the area is more clean than when they started. "Appointment to clean and service central air was for between 1-4.  Called at about 1:10 to let me know he would be there in about 10 minutes.  Arrived at about 1:20.  He was very polite He worked for about an hour and asked about any questions or problems I was having before he began.  They had a $20 internet coupon which he applied without me having to ask or produce the coupon.  He talked to me about the service contract which covers the cleaning and tune up of the furnace in the fall.  The service contact came to $181 with the $20 coupon.  This also guarantees a rate of $50 for service calls.  He provided me with the paperwork and instructions for getting the $25 rebate from First Energy again without asking."

"I was looking for quotes for a new furnace since mine was over 20 years old and failed, so decided to have it replaced along with the matched central air conditioner unit. I got estimates from several heating and cooling companies but ultimately gave the job to RTT Heating and Cooling, LLC . "It turned out okay. I was a little bit disappointed. I went with Lowe's because they were cheaper than the guy I had used in the past. But I just didn't feel that the ducts got totally cleaned out. My wife said, "Well, why don't you have them back?" I said, "I think it's the machine." The one they used before had a big powerful thing on the truck. This was more of a portable sucking fan or whatever. I just don't think it pulled stuff out as good as the other. I happened to look at one place where I had noticed a lot of debris on the floor. He was trying to blow through the ducts and it still seemed to be there when they were done. I was so-so with it. There were no other charges. The guy was very nice. He told me he threw in a sanitizer because we were relatively an easy job. He backed his truck in the driveway and rolled the thing off his truck. He didn't have to bring it down the basement or something. He said he talked to his office and they were fine with that. He was just very nice. But, I just didn't think he did as good a job as the guy who had the truck mounted thing that I used the time before. I would recommend them to come with a more powerful sucking machine. I went with them because of the price. But, I don't think the value was there. Next time, I'll pay more and go back to the guy who had the more powerful machine on his truck. We got it done within a week of when I had made the payment. The responsiveness was fine."
