"Jay saved me almost $1000 by rebuilding my water system instead of selling me brand new tanks. He explained how the tanks work and the proper maintenance schedule to make my system last a long time. He offered to put me on his schedule to handle the maintenance checks himself. I would recommend Jay to anyone needing a water purification system."

"My water softener (which I inherited from my grandmother) was stuck in an endless purge cycle, so I called the man who installed it, but he was no longer in business. I looked on Angie's list for another merchant. I found AOK and the reviews looked good, I liked that it was a family-owned company, and the prices that people paid were in my feasible range. I made the appointment to have my softener looked at, and Kevin showed up a few minutes early. We reviewed my options, and we determined that my system, which was not new when I inherited it a few years ago, was too old to fix for a price that made sense. Replacing the entire system cost only $250 more than repairing, so I went for it. I was at work, but my roommate was home when Kevin returned to make the repair. He said the water would be out for a couple of hours, but it was less time than that. The water has been even softer than it was before ever since. Very happy with my purchase! The grade of B for price merely means that I had not intended to pay that much; it is not meant as a criticism of AOK's prices. The grade of B for Quality reflects minor complaints, like leaving the soil turned over and piled up around the softener, leaving an empty sports drink bottle, leaving the cord from the old system balled up on the ground, etc. They were really minor annoyances; I would use AOK again in a heartbeat."

"I couldn't be happier with the well water treatment system I purchased from Aqua-Wise. Not only did they provide me with an incredible combination of an Ozone Generator, Catalytic carbon, and a water softener, but they also surprised me with a free reverse osmosis system. Their financing option with the lowest interest rate in the market made this investment even more accessible. After using the system for a while, we decided to have our water tested again, and the results left us absolutely amazed. Aqua-Wise has truly transformed our water quality, and I couldn't recommend them enough. If you're looking for top-notch water treatment and exceptional customer service, Aqua-Wise is the way to go!"

"Kevin and Kristie were fantastic to work with. I called 2 other companies to give me information as I was new to this. Each company just handed me a flyer and let me know the price. Kevin called me and we talked for 20-30 minutes. He answered every question I had no matter how stupid it was. Kevin and Kristie showed up the next day to see the setup. They gave me the best price and the best service. I have already recommended and continue to recommend AOK to anyone interested in water treatment"

"I am very satisfied with the job they did installing a new water softener for me and especially explaining all the questions I was asking. This is a family owned business and they were very courteous and professional."

"They walked me through options on repairs and made recommendations"

"Very pleased with the service.  Called at 4:30 on Saturday, got a call back within 30 minutes.  Jeremy was very professional and arrived within an hour.  Although I'm rating the price a "B" the service was complete, on a Saturday, in under 2.5 hours, premiums should be expected for immediate service....but then everything these days seems to cost more.  I've used Garrett Plumbing in the past(before Angie's list) and will use them again.

"I contacted Cass to repair a broken pipe attached to the vacuum valve for my inground sprinkler system, I was without water because I had to turn the water supply off at the main. Case had a repair team at my house early the next morning, and they quickly made the necessary repairs. The system works perfectly now and looks even better that it did originally. I would not hesitate to call on Cass again for any plumbing work I may need in the future."

"The technicians came out to install the system, and they were great. They got everything set up without any issues and were easy to talk to the whole time. Our water tastes way better now, and we?re happy with how everything turned out. I?d definitely recommend them."
