"Entire experience was a mixed bag. On first inquiry owners responded immediately to my inquiry (Sana). Salesman was out quickly to quote the job and educate us. Long wait for installation due to availability of the product (all doors made by PGT). We were scheduled for three days of installation, so took off work to be there. At 7:45am of the scheduled start date I got a call from the installation supervisor notifying me that they were running behind and wouldn't be there. Right then I knew there were service issues and they could have let me know earlier. Installation was completed in the estimated time frame. Quality of the PGT windows is superb. Though not inexpensive (over $24K for the job) it is a high quality product. Service issues began immediately after installation and when they received the balance due for the project. The job isn't completed until after inspection by the county as there are some cosmetic strips that cover up areas the inspectors look at. Three weeks after inspection I still hadn't heard anything. I emailed the owner on a Thursday and was told the service manager would be in touch no later than the following Monday. Monday came and went and I waited another week and emailed the owner. There was no response. The next day I called and left a message. The service manager did then return the call and scheduled us for service two days later. When the gentleman arrived to finish the installation, his ticket only showed replacing a defective lock in the back door and didn't have time allocated to finish the cosmetic strips. More bad communication. The good news is that the tech (Josh) was extremely competent as well as caring about having a great installation. He pointed out more than a few things that were done badly in the installation, and was stunned the inspectors had passed it. He also gave me options on installation (water intrusion bars and stops to keep the door handles from breaking if the sliders were opened too hard) that were never even brought up by the installers. Final assessment.... great product, poor service and response once the money has been fully paid, but was very fortunate to have had Josh come out and point out all the flaws in the installation and fix them. They're here now (another half day off work) getting things right, and I'm sure in the final result I'll be happy with the product. It was just a long and frustrating road to get there. I don't know anything about window installations so was thankful to have Josh's integrity to get things right."

They took down and replaced blinds and window treatment after they installed the window windows moved furniture as needed and were very professional. I highly recommend them."

"Brian arrived at the house to collect info for estimating the job. Brian arrived 5 minutes ahead of the designated time.  I was impressed and learned that being on time and ahead of  schedule was always Brian's goal.  Brian worked with the cabinet maker designing a layout for the replacement cabinets.  The results was better utilization of the existing space.  We make an appointment to meet with the cabinet maker to select material and style to be used. Next we went to pick out the granite for the countertops. That visit resulted in an upgrade in granite to be used. Brian suggested we consider a granite sink in our design. All was selected and we were ready to go.
Brian coordinated his contractors and determined the start date. No delays. On the first day, the old kitchen was removed from the house.  Great care was taken in covering furniture to minimize the dust and the area was cleaned at the end of the day. Day 2 and 3 the cabinets were delivered and installed. The installer took great pride in his work and did not rush through the installing process.  Day 4 the granite contractor arrived to measure for cutting the granite.  He measured 3 or 4 times to make sure everything would be just right.  On day 5 the granite was installed.  We were pleased that the granite was able to be installed without seams.  GREAT JOB!  The backsplash was a rough tile and that part of the job was completed on day 6.  On day 7 all the electrical was completed.  We had 7 recessed lights installed on a dimmer and a new microwave installed over the stove. The electrical panel was updated.
One week from start to finish. Work area was cleaned up every evening to allow us to live and use the area during the construction. Brian said it would be a week and it was a week.  Price was agreed to and never adjusted.
Result! WOW.  More space to store things in the kitchen area. We are both pleased beyond belief at the results.
