The lady on the phone was very courteous and said they were booked up on the day we called, but could have a tech out the next day. The tech arrived as promised, vheck out the system and had it recharched and going in about an hour. The tech Johnnie seemed quite knowledgeable and informed us he had charged our unit about 18 months ago and that it must have a leak. He said he had put some dye in the system so in the future the leak could be found and repaired. We appreciated the prompt service and the extra attention paid to try to help with any future problem

When he came out he was very professional and ask some very good questions as he evaluated what I had and what I needed. He had a very competitive bid (I received two) Installation was fast. He checked air flow and temperature of the air at vent to make sure the unit was performing correctly. I was very impressed. I would recommend Velvet Ridge Services and will definitely use him in the future."
