"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

Technicians came on time, were professional, and cleaned up after themselves. They worked on the dryer and vent for almost 2 hours. They explained to me clearly what they needed to do, and it now it sounds and works like new."

And didn’t know who to use, so went on Angie's List and found Ohms Electrical Services, who responded back within a few hours of calling and was able to come the next day. Lloyd was the electrician, who came and did a great job. He knows his stuff and if very personable and professional. He also saw work a past electrician had done that was not to code and explained why and that is was a safety issue, so will be having him back soon to fix that as well as other projects. "I noticed my heat was not working at 9pm. I searched for a HVAC repairman on Angie's List. Frank Rubino with Photon Mechanical called me within 15 minutes of using Angie's List. By 11pm, he restored the heat to my home. He performed additional inspections and repairs. His depth of knowledge about HVAC was impressive and he was extremely professional. The service call at 11pm was only $125. Other companies charge $250 to just show up. His truck was fully stocked at 11pm to perform all repairs. I would not hesitate to call Frank for any other maintenance concerns."
