I was so impressed that I asked them if they could do a tune up on both the A/C and furnace, which they performed the next day. Brandon did both the repair and the tune-ups. He was excellent. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Service went well.  Air Comfort called me about 15 minutes after I'd made the appointment for two days from now and told me they could have someone over immediately.  Joe arrived within about 20 minutes and checked out my A/C.  Joe was very pleasant and took care of the A/C and added Freon. I loved that he could come out as soon as I needed and the earliest available appointment.  He was prompt, professional and got right to work assessing my sump pump and drainage around the house etc.  He also took the time to lay out my options for a battery backup and work to potentially re-route my drain pipe to the other side of the house and bury it to feed out to the forest vs right next to the house.  I felt way more informed that I had previously been.  He was able to complete the work quickly, efficiently, cleanly well under an hour.  Also, while he was there I asked if he could take a look at my furnace, I could not figure out how to replace the filter and he was able to show me right away.  I greatly appreciated this because I was really perplexed by this matter!!!   I found out My Service Pro does a variety of work and repair and I was happy to keep his information for future use.  I would definitely use My Service Pro again and recommend this company to my neighbors and friends.

He took the time to let me know just how to think about the unit even though. I couldn't ask for more. If you want to gain some confidence in your central air unit, I would guess that "rejuvenation" is the package to go with."

"From the time I called Cady Handyman Services I was met with a welcome and the owner was quite pleasant as he took an account of the things I needed care with.  I was given an agreeable date and name of the Handyman who would provide the service.

Tom, the Handyman, called ahead of time to inform me when he and another man would arrive.  They arrived on time and quickly went to work after checking the list and informing us as to what the jobs would entail.  They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable plus they were extremely neat and very careful as they moved through our home.  They cleaned up after themselves.
Before leaving they, with us, rechecked each job to make sure the work was complete and acceptable.\

"I would like to give them a higher rating, because the service tech was great--prompt, professional and completed repair within a couple hours (which included having to pick up a part). I have to downgrade them on responsiveness, though, because I had to call twice and leave messages before I got a call back to schedule the repair. And then the actual repair could not be scheduled until 4 days after the call. I chose to stick with them due to the Angie's List coupon. Repair service was excellent; customer service could use improvement."
