When we started having problems with the old unit and hoping it could be worked on, Robert explain to me why it would be better for us to get a new unit. When our unit completely stop working after the server storms . We called Robert and he was able to install the unit and insured that we had the correct amount of amps to our breaker box, he also installed a new control panel in the house. He also sealed all of our duct system and gave us instructions on how to keep and maintain our new unit. When you have medical conditions that interferes with your breathing, you have to have someone who’s has knowledge and experience to their work."

A thermostat we installed was the same as the previous model (installed by another company). He took a long time to explain to us that the model we had wasn't the right one for our system and why. Guys did a great job and now I use them for my yearly HVAC check-up service. Easy to work with, straight up front and quality you can trust."

I called back twice a month later to get a detailed quote and they never returned my call. Had someone else do the job for a lot less than the verbal estimate. I have used them for 4 years and was pleased with the service in the past but I quess they were too busy this time."

He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. "4/5! They are top-notch on their hired work. We had a major drainage problem and they did some amazing work getting it repaired. Their fees are up there, $110 to remove the shower arm and replace the silicon tape on a showerhead that was dripping was excessive. My primary issue comes to the way they use their checkup services. They review everything and anything they find they give you a quote on without providing a severity or criticality list. Thousands to repair, but is it needed? I continue to use them but am cautious about them coming out on checkups."
