"They did a great job! Everyone that I contacted with the company during my experience was helpful and polite. They installed a new HVAC (furnace downstairs and a/c outside) and a hot water heater in a 135 year old house which is a challenge, but faced it no problem. When they offered suggestions to make the system run better by adding additional cold air returns, they really worked with me to make sure that I was happy with placement and the finished product.....I mean who wants extra unattractive vents in the floor?? but they really made it look great! They were my lowest bid of 6 others selected from Angie's List/Lowe's and Home Depot and when the work was done it was right on bid not a cent more! I would definitely do business with them again my new systems are running great and the house feels very comfortable now. "A lot of people said you need to get a least three quotes before you get something done from a company. When I had my fourth or fifth quote I know this is the guy I want for my new a/c. He did not pay me to write this review but this purely costumer experience. He and his crew are right on time, told me the expectations, clean work and he treated me like a real customer. His quote is competetive from the other and he is very professional. I get to know the whole crew from Roy, Dustin, Wes, Marvin and Dan because they are personable. Roy and his crew went above and beyond by putting a new lineset to where the old one was located and it was a very difficult job to do but they got the job done. My wife and I were happy with result. If you need a new HVAC or just a repair look for the one that is local just like Roy Rogers don't go with a nationwide chain. I highly recommend this company."

"Complete Comfort really helped our family out in a bind! It was 11 AM on a Saturday when we realized we had no not water in the house. We called Complete Comfort and had someone at our house by 2:30 that same day. The water heater was really old and had leaked and corroded to the point where the pilot light would no longer light, so we had to replace it with a new one and also had to have some necessary updates done as a result of new codes that have happened since the old one was initially installed. They had the new one installed by noon that Monday! Couldn't ask for more than a 48 hour turnaround from first call to install, especially when the issue didn't pop up until a weekend when several companies are not even open. Great price, showed up on time, and the technician who installed it was super friendly. Highest recommendation for Complete Comfort!"

"We purchased this Big Deal at the end of October. We called the first part of December and was told he would call back in an hour, that he was driving and could not talk. We did not hear back. We called again in mid January and he scheduled us for a day within two weeks.
 He did arrive on time and did talk and respond professionally. We believe he was disappointed to find our small ranch house had no additional ducts that could be added to our already paid bill. He also mentioned that he cleaned carpets, and seemed disappointed to hear we had no carpeting in our house. We have allergies and intentionally do not have any carpeting.
He did clean our ducts and took about an hour to do the process. He was considerate of our furnishings and wore protective foot coverings in order to not track mud and dirt onto our floors. We were not aware of how the included deodorizing cleaning was done, however we can not say it wasn't completed.
About 6 weeks later, we had our furnace and air conditioning serviced by a different company. They mentioned how dirty they found the inside of our furnace and the immediately connected duct work. We said we had recently had duct work cleaning done and he was very surprised. He said that for the best results, the furnace and connecting duct work should have been cleaned as well as the air ducts in our home. He said that just cleaning the vent ducts inside the house was only part of what a good air duct cleaning job should include. We were not aware the furnace and related duct work had not been cleaned, however it wasn't clear to us at the time of engaging Aaron's for duct cleaning that the furnace and related duct work would not be cleaned. We are disappointed that the cleaning was not more inclusive, and that a complete job of cleaning was not offered or explained. We got what we paid for----only part of our air duct system cleaned.

"My elderly mother's 25 year old sump pump needed to be replaced and also her old electrical water heater is not working anymore. Compassionate honorable Delaware Township Trustee Debbie, wanted to gift my poor elderly mother to replace her old sump pump and old water heater from the donation funds. I was so moved by her extra ordinary compassion and kindness to look after my poor elderly mother. She gave my mother the best mother's present in her life. Even though compassionate Trustee Debbie was paying for this project, I had a big responsibility to find the best estimate and honest plumber. I'm a frugal person and a smart shopper, so I decided to do my homework by asking around plumbers' advise. Plumbers educated me that Bradford White water heater and PHCC sump pump are the best products for longevity. I requested Angi's member specialist two dozen plumbing referrals. I called the two dozen plumbing companies and then explained to them that I need an estimate for new Bradford White 80 gallon water heater and 1/3 horsepower PHCC sump pump. It is very important that homeowners must diligently get as many estimates as possible to find the best and honest company. Some plumbing companies gave me high estimates and difficult to work with. Most of the time, plumbing companies charge service calls with repair jobs. There were two companies that caught my attention, one was 24-7 Plumbing Heating and Cooling, advertised that they do not charge for service calls without commitment and the Peterman Brothers Plumbing Company advertised free second opinions. So I decided to include these two companies' estimates too. The owner of the 24-7 Plumbing Heating and Cooling, Brandon gave me the best reasonable and honest estimate. Another plumbing company was $300 more than Brandon's estimate. I realized that out of two dozen plumbing companies, I found the two companies with the best estimates. When I called the Peterman Brothers Plumbing, they insisted to provide an estimate after they inspect the water heater and the sump pump. The Peterman Brothers Plumbing company sent Bradly to give an estimate. I didn't like to play games so I printed out Brandon's estimate and gave a copy to Bradly and asked him whether your company can beat Brandon's estimate. I was very surprised to Bradly's response that, "You want our company to do a charity work?" I realized that Brandon gave me an honest and very reasonable estimate to help out honorable Trustee Debbie and my poor elderly mother. I was very disappointed with Peterman Brother Plumbing company, I cannot imagine their high estimate. I was thinking if they want to give a free second opinion, they must come up with a competitive reasonable estimate. Otherwise, they will be wasting their time and the trips. Even today, I still could not forgive Bradly. Even though he inspected my mom's old electrical water heater and he took Brandon's estimate. When Bradly emailed me an estimate, I could not believe that he intentionally gave me an estimate for a gas 80 galloon Bradford White water heater. I contacted Bradly again and told him that he sent the wrong estimate instead of the electrical water heater estimate. He told me that he will send another electrical water heater estimate but he never did. Seemed like he wants to hide their high estimate. Honorable Trustee Debbie requested that she wanted to meet Brandon at my mom's house. I talked to Brandon several times on the phone regarding this project and the estimate, he was always so kind to help out customers' concerns, questions, and willing to go extra miles in explaining to me in details so that I could understand well. Especially being a woman, I am not that familiar with plumbing projects and products. I appreciated him even more when I met him in person. He was honorable, modest, nice mannered, and trustworthy man. On April 30, Brandon's crew plumbers showed up, they showed high professionalism and work diligently all day long. They only used premium quality materials and did an excellent job in installing the water heater and sump pump. My poor elderly mother's 25 year old home is somewhat neglected, especially, the bathtub faucet was worn out so I bought a new one in advance and I asked Brandon's plumbers to help install the new one and they did it even if it is not a part of their job. I also asked them to re-caulking around the bathtub and kitchen sink. They were glad to help me. Especially, I was concern about any leaks under the kitchen sink, I asked them to check it out and they checked it for me thoroughly and I really appreciate them doing that. I felt that Brandon's crew really cares about my poor elderly mother's situation. I was very happy with this project and I really appreciated Brandon, his crew and also compassionate honorable Trustee Debbie from the bottom of my heart. I highly recommend this company to other homeowners."
