Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. We don't have a regular plumbing company, so we started calling down the list when we needed help.  I called 2 other companies first on a Saturday afternoon.  They were too busy and couldn't help us.  Anytime was the next company I called and they said they could send someone out in about an hour and a half.  Derrick arrived promptly and took everything apart, showed my husband what he missed, and put it back together so it worked.  Very low stress once he arrived.  We will use them again when we need plumbing or HVAC and very much appreciate the assistance!
