The owner seriously called and explained every detail on the mold report! He even came on site to work when we chose to use them further for the remediation! We were so excited when the day they came for them to remove the mold so we could breath! They had already given us a quote so we knew what to expect prior to them coming and they stood by it! They were much cheaper than any other competitor and even have a warranty! They tore up our floors, dried them out and fogged my ENTIRE home! The whole house and in my hvac vents! They even came back and tested the air again to make sure all of the mold was gone. Yall when I tell you they were so clear, precise, honest and kind I mean that. I pray to god that I never have to go through this again. But if I EVER had to, I would not ever miss the chance to utilize A+ restorations again.
