"Scheduling was easy b/c the service provider responded in great detail when I contacted via text (other providers either didn’t provide info regarding their company & fees until the next morning or were charging a lot more for the house call to assess the problem. Service provider was prompt, well trained, thorough, wore shoe covers and a mask inside my home, and explained in detail his findings. "The guy was just phenomenal.  We liked that when he came out, he did an assessment of what we needed.  He kind of laid it out for us and we had to do some things to replace another board on our a/c, rather than just saying that it would cost so much to get it.  He gave me options to see if we could find the part independently.  If we could then he would charge a minimal fee to come in and to put back into to make the a/c work correctly.  We did some things and he came in temporarily to make it work until we could find an a/c to replace it.  We called him that time and had him consider our a/c system back again.  We appreciated his honesty.  When he came in, he spent a good 45 minutes to figure out what the issue was.  He didn't even charge us for the service because he couldn't fix it with what he had.  If it needs to be charged then he would have to order things.  They are doing best for the people in this economy get what they want to get."

"It wen very well. Mr. McClaude was very nice and a real gentleman. It was awfully hot and he was worried about me. He was very kind and even offered to put me up at a hotel or motel to make sure i would be okay. That was above the cll of duty. I thanked him and told him i was going to stay with my daughter and son-in-law until the next morning. Mr. McClaude was there early to get started. He finished the job and made sue that all was working properly and cooling before he left."

"Was the fastest technician to show up to the house to fix it. He found the trouble straight away and repaired. It went and fetched apart to replace that with a new part and topped off our system. Though a service call is not free like some of the others the $75 service call fee if you do the repairs was waived. Capacitor replacement in the outside unit and a pound and a half of Freon. Our service fee was less than $200. I have had tech technicians charging me more than $200 just to replace the cap. And over $300 to top off the Freon. This company is now my favorite!"
