Turned out that it needed to be resurfaced… he explained to the reasons why in detail, which I appreciate a lot. Then they provided a fair quote, scheduled quickly (weather permitting), executed on time, and provided pictures once the work was complete. "Matt assured me that his team could resolve the leak in my roof, and while they arrived promptly, they completed the job in under an hour and charged me $2,500 to essentially replace a few shingles. Reluctantly, I paid, hoping to get through the season without further issues. Unfortunately, the leak persisted. Despite multiple visits from the crew, they only performed minimal work, often blaming debris or other factors to avoid addressing the underlying problem. Fast forward two years, and the roof is still leaking significantly. Matt's behavior has been nothing short of deceitful. I recently spoke with his service representative, Billie, whose favorite word is apparently "unfortunately". They refuse to stand by the shoddy and exorbitantly priced work. Overall, my experience has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing, and I would strongly advise against choosing Phase 4 for roofing needs. I also captured photos of their subpar work, including poorly installed shingles behind the broken siding. The best word to describe this situation is "fraudulent." Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere."

"The owner, Jim, was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He is willing to answer all questions and work with you on any issue. His team arrives on time and works very hard to get the job done in a timely manner. Roof replacement can be very messy but his team cleans up the place really well. The materials he uses are high quality and the house looks fantastic. From the road you can tell the roof was done by professionals. What a difference! His price is fair (we got numerous bids) and the quality is exceptional so we were quick to recommend him to other family members."
