"The installation itself went well, and the additional items promised were received. We negotiated for more items since we didn't need an additional RO filter. NOW here is the BUT. We do have satisfactory whole house basic filtration, BUT it adjusts the pH the wrong way for us. Sales person tested water but I don't think she was used to seeing high pH like we have out here. We really needed a different solution to take care of that, but that wasn't suggested. So our water is even softer now. This keeps us from being satisfied with what is a good product otherwise. Last periodic servicing January 2017, satisfactorily performed."

"Since coax cable was already ran from the entertainment center to the attic, I thought that it would be a breeze to pull Ethernet cable (since I was cutting my cord from cable, and migrating on to Fire TX, but Wi-fi proved to be somewhat unreliable, so decided to run Ethernet). However, as it turned out, the coax was installed with the build of the house so there was no way to just 'pull' another set of wires. 
The technicians explained this fact, and that I had to face the reality of cuts into drywall, and labor of upwards of 3 hours. After some thought, I had them proceed. The two techs were very efficient in finding the right places to cut. Turned out that I only needed two receptacle-sized cuts (one in upstairs bathroom wall, and the other in downstairs bathroom ceiling). Call it experience or luck, but there was no way I was going to determine where to make the cuts, so this in of itself saved me a lots of headache and money by not having to patch numerous holes in the drywall.
Turned out that the 2 Ethernet lines were installed in about 2.5 hours, so the 2nd tech asked if I needed something else done, which was the GFCI outlet in the toilet. Labor was already included (since one tech was idle by this time), I only was charged for material for the GFCI.
I left a B rating on professionalism due to the Ethernet wires were not hooked up to the outlet correctly the first time, and took them a few tries to get all 8 wires hooked up right before I was able to get Internet access. This took an additional 30 minutes or so, but obviously I was not charged for this, and they wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied before they left, which I was.

"We contacted Callahan for repairing our bathroom which was in bad shape. Callahan gave a quote for reasonable price and assisted us in picking the correct materials for bathroom and did the work very well. We were quite impressed with him and so when a airconditioning unit stopped working we approached him and he gladly helped us to fix the unit. So far everything is functioning well in our home and Callaham would also do a free inspection in March of all the work he did. I would strongly recommend Callahan for any work."

"Tremendous job, even videoed what was going on I'm my ducts and showed me the results. Due to the number of ducts involved, I paid more than the deal price (they told me this up front), but the service was great & I would recommend them to anyone that needs a good job done cleaning their vents.

"This HVAC company has a very good service cal charge - $30, and they refund it if you use them for repair. But that is where is ends. 
They wanted to charge me $155 to replace a short piece of electrical wire (<1 foot), and which only takes 2 minutes to replace. Even though it was clear that s short piece of wire was burnt out, they also wanted me to replace the Connector and the capacitor (as a precaution) for about $300 each.
I just used them for service call and then replaced the wire myself - my system is working fine now.

"David installed our new heating and cooling system 2 years ago. He was great! Our house was cooler and our bill was lower - just like everyone says. We had him out this spring for our annual tune up. He offered to insulate our attic again and this time we were ready to do it. He was able to come shortly after we decided and completed the job in August. His offer was very reasonable and professionally done. After the job, he and his helper cleaned up and moved the furniture back as well. I can also tell you we definitely can tell the house is even cooler now with the insulation blown in. My husband and I highly recommend using David with DND Heating and Air. He is dependable, honest, and reasonable with his prices."

"A#1 air technician did the spring tune up perfectly. No complaints about the quality of the work. However, there is quite a bit of upselling that I do not like. They recommend some systems that may or may not improve the overall efficiency of the compressor. And they try to cross sell other services like Electrical safety check. Also, my neighbor had a very large price quote for an AC Capacitor replacement with A#1 air - and when he called the supervisor, they were able to reduce the price down to a more realistic one. This to me is an orange flag. "
