There was a lot of drilling of holes so that the new media box would line up properly with the cold air return duct and with the furnace. The techs were very friendly and professional. This job definitely needed 2 techs. I have an ordinary gas forced air furnace. Upon completion I tested their work by running the furnace; there was no rattling or shaking sounds."
