"It was an amazing experience from my initial call to Affordable Water Heaters until they did my repair and left us very happy with hot water again. The gentleman that came to do the service was polite, professional and took the time to explain everything to us. Initially I called other companies for quotes and most of them did not want to give me even an estimate. On the other hand Affordable water heaters was very upfront quoting an estimate and even quoted prices to us for water heater replacement in case that was needed. In addition, I was told that they guaranteed the lowest price, so if anyone should quote me a lower price (which no one did) their company would match it. "Great experience from beginning to end! (From our salesman, David, to the installers, Travis & Jared). Everything was well explained & I highly recommend using Logan AC & Heat Services. We had our 24 y/o system upgraded to a high efficiency, 2 stage, Trane system. Our old 2-ton system was too small to make our 2 story home comfortable. Logan installed a 3-ton A/C unit, & had to replace some old, smaller duct work, as ours was not equipped to handle the new system properly. The install took 2 days since the duct work was needed. Overall, everyone was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional."

This was on a Tuesday evening and the line and box were installed the next morning. Matt Wehrie called to confirm the time of arrival that morning which was met. The charges for this service were quite reasonable. The installers were pleasant and professional. I would use this company any time that I have need of an electrician.

The first visit was with TJ who inspected the line, repaired several outlets and gave me an informative, non-pressure evaluation of my current electric panel that was 40 years old. After going over pricing options, I contacted Safe Electric and TJ to do the panel replacement. TJ, Eric and Brendon were the team who were at the house to replace the panel. The team were all professional, knowledgeable and practiced COVID safe repairs, wearing masks. The work took several days, the first day was to replace the panel and get everything wired back up. I also had to have additional outdoor upgrades, including an additional grounding bar. Finally, a new meter had to be installed. The team kept me informed every step of the way and even provided a generator on the last day to keep some essentials powered during the power outage.
