When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. "Outstanding service. I called because my boiler was leaking and the after hours technician responded within 30 minutes of our call. Our coil plate and gasket were rotted and bolts had snapped and we decided that we would replace the boiler because ours was 16 years old. We spoke with the owner and sales manager the following morning and were told that they would be happy to replace the boiler if that is what we wanted to do but they felt our boiler could be repaired at a fraction of the cost and no where near the end of it's usable life. So we decided to go for the repair and they were right, it worked like a charm! So instead of a $9,000 boiler and indirect replacement, we spent $472 and my boiler was up and running the next day. We have used Advanced Mechanical Services for our conversion from oil to natural gas and for our air conditioning installation. They have always been very professional, courteous, prompt and their pricing has always been competitive. I would highly recommend them."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"The representative came on time and listened carefully to my thoughts of a split ductless system. He suggested full house central air and showed me how it could be done, have ducts i stalled and cost less than a ductless system. His experience of over 20 years as a technician as well gave me a lot of confidence. He made a general proposal and came back in a few days for my convenience and I signed the contract. The duct crew finished in one day and were careful, explained things and left no mess. Then the ac was installed and tested in one day. Again polite, clearly communicated. Once the system started up late spring I am so glad I did this! No more noise from room ac, no shutting doors to keep one room cool. The humidity is normal and makes a huge positive difference.
