"21 years ago, Superior installed a water softener system that served a family of 8 over that period. The system easily outlived its life expectancy. We quickly agreed to a replacement system and price. Two days later the installer showed up at my door. Two hours later I had a new PRV and new soft water system. The professionalism, cleanliness, efficiency, expertise, communication etc. etc. is way beyond mere compliment or praise. Superb may be an understatement as well. In any case, we are more than happy. "I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! They swapped out our broken old water heater for a high-quality tankless model (worth around $3k) and didn’t even ask for half down upfront. They also relocated my current water softener to its proper spot (the last company had installed it wrong), set up my Aquasana filtration system with UV light and installed new valves under my sinks. They handled everything from start to finish: purchasing all the materials themselves (including the water heater, pex pipe, fittings, wood, screws, and more), completing the install of the new one, they even hauled away the old one and made sure everything was working perfectly before even mentioning payment.
