"Joe was great. He showed up on time when promised. He cleaned up at the end of his day every day of a three day job. He installed a light fixture for us when it was not part of the original job ( for a very reasonable charge ). There were a couple of spots that could have been sanded better. But all in all he did a great job and would definitely hire him again."

"Working with Flavio has been wonderful! He is a fantastic craftsman and a true professional -- not to mention kind -- and you can feel the care that goes into his work. He and his teammate Denis were a pleasure to work with. From the first time we reached out to him, he was very responsive in answering our (many) questions! We had a number of doors that we wanted to replace (both interior and exterior), as well as a few storm doors to be replaced. He also re-installed our front door after we discovered that the person who had initially installed it did not ensure it was plumb. This was a complex job which he did with great care and efficiency, ensuring that no detail was missed (as an example, he noted that when the door was re-installed, the door sweep was just barely making contact with the door sill, so he replaced it with a taller door sweep to ensure a tight seal). They finished the front door with a beautiful high gloss paint which was done meticulously! Unlike previous searches for contractors (referrals through family or friends), we found Flavio through reviews on Angie's List, and he is by far the most talented and best contractor that we've ever worked with! We're so grateful to have met him, and are looking forward to working with him on a number of projects in the coming months. He absolutely lives up to -- and truly exceeds -- his stellar reputation. "Sunyay Paint did an excellent job painting the interior of our condominium, including walls, doors, door frames, railings, and the step-ups on our stairs. I had at least 5-6 painting companies bid on the work, yet I liked that Fabricio (owner of Sunyay) was the most diligent about the opportunity. I also preferred speaking with the person who would be the primary painter on the job. Fabricio and his employee completed the work on our schedule, which meant having to do a lot of the work on the weekend. Most importantly, the interior of the building looks fantastic. They paid close attention to the details, and didn’t leave any issues Iike trash or splattered paint. Highly recommended."

It was logistically difficult for us to be there but he kept us updated as he went along and sent pictures of the progress. And because we couldn't be there many things such as taking down pictures, moving knick-knacks as well as clothes and furniture were done by him and his crew without a problem. We added a few additional things to be done and the prices were very reasonable in my opinion. Mom is going to be so thrilled!"
