"They were friendly and professional and did a quality job. We used them again last year (2016) when our furnace went out. It turned out to be just a clogged sensor hose from use not getting the furnace cleaned yearly and not replacing the filters often. However, they still were still kind enough to book it to the warranty at no cost to use even though they normally charge for cleanings. Some kind of split happened in the company and a new company sent ads to all the former Kelly Brothers customers. However, we we continue using Kelly Brothers because they were still prompt, professional, and friendly."
