He talked with us at length, answering all our questions, including when we should expect to learn the testing results. Len gave us some recommendations about steps we could take to address high moisture areas he found upon inspection. 
As promised, Len sent us the test results and some remediation recommendations. We decided to do some of the tasks he recommended before undertaking professional remediation.
