"The plumber was berybeasybto deal with and very experienced. He did a great job."

"Was looking for a company to service/maintenance. Called them and shared my concerns. Scheduled and appointment within 3 days. Technician was polite and professional. Could tell he knew about AC unit and his profession. Fair cost/pricing Highly recommend."

"Very customer service oriented, very knowledgeable, went beyond and above compared to other plumbers he had spoken with."

"Everyone from Presidential has been friendly and helpful -- great customer service! Glenn came to our home to discuss options to replace our furnace (fuel oil) and AC systems with a heat pump. He immediately understood that we were looking for a heat pump eligible for the new tax credits (unlike another company, who only provided estimates on what they had in stock). He prepared the estimates for 3 different models on site, and he noted that the heat pump eligible for the tax credit would cost about the same as an older model (unlike what the first company told us). We were able to schedule installation quickly, and then the adventures began. Harvey and Andre were here for 12+ hours...because a wire was either never connected at the factory or came loose during shipping. We also had to replace a defective line from our house to the unit. While it was a complicated install (not the fault of Presidential), we rec'd great service from hardworking staff members. Highly recommend!"

"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. We would strongly recommend James and his company for computer service needs. We have now retained him on a service contract and are looking forward to working with him in the future."

"ABS provided professional services in resolving a problem no one else had accomplished. They completed the repairs in a timely manner and a satisfactory cost. We plan on using their service in the future and would recommend them to others."

"Everything went well, the technician was nice and seemed competent. My problem is with the billing. I purchased my service through Angies List. Climatic keeps billing me for the service. I have now received a bill that says I am 90 days past due. I take my credit rating seriously. I will AGAIN spend my time to straighten this out, as I did a few months ago. The 20$ I saved going through Angies List is not worth hassle."

"I actually found them on Angie’s List. He is punctual. I used to use somebody else and I was always standing at the door looking at my phone, looking at my watch to see if he is going to show up on time or not. The driver for Lisa’s is generally at my house five to ten minutes ahead of time waiting for me."

"Jon really is a one stop shop when it comes to air duct cleaning. He's approach to cleaning is to provide a long term solution. Jon and Co went above and beyond the services I purchased and provided a solution by installing air duct filters to reduce the amount of dirt accumulation at the central unit. Great person to talk to and his price is affordable. Thanks Jon."

"This company provided me with excellent service!"
