They were very considerate and laid a tarp on all the floors to minimize trash or dirt on the floor. Brandon came over very considerate to my needs and "did not" try to up sale me on other services that others do such as installing new venting when it is not really needed. They pulled the permit in Downey, CA and it easily passed. He communicated with me every step of the way. The receive 5 stars from me!"

"We hired Air-Tech to replace all the old ductwork in our home and install a new furnace and A/C unit. They did a great job. Alex Fish was extremely responsive to all of our questions, from start to finish. He was great at explaining all of the options, and the pro's and con's of each, before we signed up. He also stopped by several times during the installation, which lasted 4-5 days. The two technicians who did the work were extremely professional, tidy, polite, etc. They wore face masks at all times and even took a long break one day when we asked them to because we needed silence for an important Zoom meeting. All in all, Air-Tech is a highly professional outfit. While it's only been a few weeks since the installation, everything is working as it should and we are very happy with the outcome. Highly recommended!"

Well trained by LA Tech, and professional from start to finish, Robert diagnosed and resolved my wiring and capacitor issue quickly. The fix was $485 not $8000 to replace the unit. "This was the perfect contractor experience. Brian was on time, personable, and obviously experienced since he installed my Wifi thermostat when three other places I called either blew me off or would not do a wifi installation. Also, a very nice handyman who did other work for me tried to install it but could not make it work. Sok I was worried he would encounter problems, but he did the installation quickly, noting that he did not need the jumper provided by Ecobee since the furnace installer had left a fifth wire he could use. (So, he obviously knew what he was doing). He provided me with the code from the thermostat so I could set it up on my phone app. AND...he did all of this remotely while I was in a another state! Finally, what he wanted to charge was only the standard fee I would expect for an HVAC home visit. I could hardly believe it. You better believe his number is saved in my home for any future HVAC needs. Fantastic!"

"Installation was smoooth, it was done within a day. There was high pressure sales involed which I succumbed into as the sales guys were saying that I had fiber damage in my ducting and since I have kids in the house they said that it was very crucial that I do the change now. It was my fault to not do any more pricing research hence I was a bit gouged."
