Not only that they came same day and the owner personally serviced my unit he walked me through. He was extremely friendly and answered all my questions . "Installed new Carrier 3.5 ton condenser and 4 ton air handler (fan coil) units. Our old air handler was 3.5 tons. Because the new fan coil was larger, they had to break down the old air return box underneath it in the garage and rebuild a new one. The new one was made of sheet metal, and they did a good job installing it. The only thing that was unexpected was that the air ducts for our house are now maxed out at how much air flow they can take with the new unit, even with the lowest fan motor speed. Did not realize that our duct work was limited in the amount of airflow. Because of this, it might have been better to get a 3.5 ton fan coil unit, however, the efficiency for 3.5 ton unit is not as good. For the month of August our FPL bill was 30% less than last year with the same average temperature."

I contacted this company to get estimates for three different projects. We had met with two other professionals who had recommended that our A/C unit was replaced immediately. Weathershield gave us other options. They sent two guys to make an assessment and it turn out to be one the best experiences during my home remodeling project.

John and his partner completed a through assessment of my A/C unit and made recommendations based on what I was requesting. With his assessment and recommendations we were able to save money and still get work done. He explained to us that although our unit was dated it did not need immediate replacement. He recommended that we clean coils and gave us different options for the new vent. He sent additional information via email on AC units including an estimate for a new unit and  our very much needed ceiling insulation.

We decided to hire this company based on our experience with the John and the information he shared with us. Their prices were very reasonable prices when comparing them to the other two companies. They sent Jose and his partner for the new vent and they did a great job. The work was neatly done and the room cools like a the rest of the house. John came to clean our coils. He removed the entire unit and cleaned everything to perfection. Our A/C unit is working fine.

I highly recommend this company based on my experience with the quality of the work performed and most importantly their honesty. From their customer service staff to their technicians this company deserves an A. 

Once we complete some electrical work in the house, we will hire them for the installation of the ceiling insulation.

"I came home from vacation to find my 15year old air conditioner was dead. Called East Coast just before 7am the next morning and by 9 Scott was here. After discussing options, I decided to replace and upgrade the whole system. He was able to get the old unit up and running that morning, while I waited for the new system to be installed. "Anthony was the last contractor who made the estimate. The first was at $13,200 to replace 6 ducts and plenum, second at $5700 for the same job. The third one was at $6000 to replace every duct in the house . Anthony price was $2000 for the same work, it was done in 2 hours and there was $300 refund as it was determined that replacement of one of the ducts was not necessary!
