Our coil plate and gasket were rotted and bolts had snapped and we decided that we would replace the boiler because ours was 16 years old. We spoke with the owner and sales manager the following morning and were told that they would be happy to replace the boiler if that is what we wanted to do but they felt our boiler could be repaired at a fraction of the cost and no where near the end of it's usable life. So we decided to go for the repair and they were right, it worked like a charm! So instead of a $9,000 boiler and indirect replacement, we spent $472 and my boiler was up and running the next day. "The representative came on time and listened carefully to my thoughts of a split ductless system. He suggested full house central air and showed me how it could be done, have ducts i stalled and cost less than a ductless system. His experience of over 20 years as a technician as well gave me a lot of confidence. He made a general proposal and came back in a few days for my convenience and I signed the contract. The duct crew finished in one day and were careful, explained things and left no mess. Then the ac was installed and tested in one day. Again polite, clearly communicated. "Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"THEY WERE THERE ON TIME AND TOOK A TOUR OF THE HOUSE TO CHECK LAY OUT AND COUNT THE VENTS. WE HAD MORE THEN THE DEAL ALLOWED SO THE PRICE WENT UP FROM 89.00 TO AN ADDITIONAL 230.00 DOLLARS. THEY HAD SOME EQUIPMENT ISSUES,  THEY WERE NOT REALLY SET UP TO REACH SOME OF THE VENTS IN OUR HOUSE. THEY ALSO WERE IN NEED OF A NEW BRUSH, THE ONE THEY USED WAS PRETTY WORN.
ON THE UP SIDE THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND WORKED STEADY GOING FROM ROOM TO ROOM IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER. I FELT THE PRICE WAS A BIT HIGH TO ADD FOUR MORE VENTS AND A RETURN, THE WORK WAS COMPLETED AND I HOPE THAT WE DON'T REQUIRE THIS SERVICE AFTER MOVING INTO OUR NEW HOME.
