"Jeremy, the owner of Parker Home Services quickly - within hours - returned our request for service. He showed up early for the quote appointment. There was no BS. His quote was thorough and accurate. Jeremy removed and replaced the central AC units in a day and a half. His attention to detail is superb. Once the job was done, he brought me over to make sure that the AC worked as intended. While checking vents we noticed that some were not supplying air. Jeremy went back up in the attic and located three supply ducts that had been removed (by previous workers) from their registers and he reinstalled them. He also found a separate supply duct that had a board laying across it, constricting air flow. All of this was above and beyond what the initial job called for and shows that Jeremy takes great pride in his workmanship and making sure his customer is satisfied. We will have them back. "Outstanding service. I called because my boiler was leaking and the after hours technician responded within 30 minutes of our call. Our coil plate and gasket were rotted and bolts had snapped and we decided that we would replace the boiler because ours was 16 years old. We spoke with the owner and sales manager the following morning and were told that they would be happy to replace the boiler if that is what we wanted to do but they felt our boiler could be repaired at a fraction of the cost and no where near the end of it's usable life. ON THE UP SIDE THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND WORKED STEADY GOING FROM ROOM TO ROOM IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER. I FELT THE PRICE WAS A BIT HIGH TO ADD FOUR MORE VENTS AND A RETURN, THE WORK WAS COMPLETED AND I HOPE THAT WE DON'T REQUIRE THIS SERVICE AFTER MOVING INTO OUR NEW HOME.
